I'm Zack Zeller, a small business owner who, frankly, kept gaining and losing the same 5-10 pounds. One day I realized one of the shirts I got a few months ago was tight. Too tight. The Fit Foodie Food Freedom Program is for anybody who wants to be in control of the way they look and feel for the rest of their life.
It is designed for anyone who is willing and ready to take action toward creating the body and life they love, while also learning how to maintain the results that they achieve through the program.
No matter what your previous knowledge or background is, we're here to help TEACH YOU about nutrition, fitness, mindset and life in an easy and sustainable way so that you can understand how to make improvements for the rest of your life.
If you are a person who likes to point the finger at others and continually makes excuses for why you haven't changed, we're probably not for you.
We're looking for people who are willing to invest in themselves by LEARNING what it takes and then IMPLEMENTING what they have learned to change their life.
Having knowledge is great, but it is through action where the magic and power lie in knowing what will actually work for you. If you're not an action taker, then we'll have to bid you farewell!
The Fit Foodie Food Freedom Program is about a year long program that is broken up into four 12 week phases, not including a Week 0: Overview and Planning Week to allow you to prepare yourself for the new phase that you'll transition into after completing the Phase before it.
Phase 1: Foundation: During the ROCK SOLID Foundation Phase you will progressively learn the Foundational Skills that are needed for life long success and to be able to achieve your health and fitness goals.Some Foundational Skills that you will learn:
-Awareness: Identifying where you're currently at with what you're doing so that you know how and what to change to make progress toward your goals
-Measuring and Tracking: This refers to your physical data, your intake, activity levels, etc...
-Hitting Targets: How to start implementing and hitting targets when it comes to your activity and intake.
-Nutrition: How much should you be eating? What should you focus on? What makes up your food?
-Movement: Identifying Workouts and Activity levels You can sustain for continual progress
-Key Factors for Success: Other behaviors and habits that play a role in progress like sleep, hydration, walking, stress, etc...
Phase 2: Focus: In this phase you will take all the skills that you have learned from Foundation to start shredding fat in a targeted manner. You will learn skills like:
-Awareness: Identifying hunger signals, spotting trends and identifying what is working and what needs to be changed for continual progress, digestive issues, levels of precision, etc...
-Adjustments: How and what to adjust to find your "sweet spot" for fat loss and continue progressing on your journey, how to adjust your food choices and meals, etc..
-Hitting Targets: How to hit specific targets for fat loss and specific macronutrient targets, etc...
-Knowledge: Fundamentals of fat loss, building muscle while shredding fat, how your body adapts to the process and how to address plateaus, etc...
Phase 3: Fuel: In this phase you'll progressively build your calories back up and focus on maintaining all the results that you achieved in the previous phases. You will learn skills like:
-Adjustments: How and what to adjust when it comes to building your calories back up to maintenance, how to adjust food choices and meals based on how your body is responding and how you're feeling, adjusting levels of activity, etc...
-Activity: How to make progressive progress in your workouts, design workouts that fit your life, etc...
-Knowledge: Fundamentals of Muscle Building, Golden Range and Pushing your Metabolic and Calorie limits, Identifying your preferred way of eating, Calorie Cycling, etc...
Phase 4: Freedom: This is the phase where you learn how to develop ultimate freedom within your life and intake. You learn skills like:
-Guesstimations: Learning how to guesstimate foods without the facts, how to eat out without feeling guilty, etc...
-Adjustments: Learning how to increase flexibility within your intake to allow for more food and lifestyle freedom, Identifying new ways fo measuring and tracking to fit your life and goals, etc...
-Maintenance: Learning how to maintain your results while still living your life in the way you love and experiencing what life has to offer, etc...
-Awareness: Identifying how you're responding with the way of measure and tracking that you are utilizing, learning how to remove food stigmas, etc...

As an All Access Fit Foodie Coaching Client you'll gain access to the ENTIRE 4 Phase Food Freedom Program as well as Weekly Coaching Calls, the ability to Ask Questions, Access Bonus Courses and much more!
Once you have gained access to this level of service you will be guided through Video and written lesson content week by week inside each of the Four Phases.
You will also complete Weekly Check in forms to monitor progress, gain insights, as well as be provided with tools to utilize along your journey and the ability to ask questions so that you are never stuck. If you are an All Access Subscriber or Framework Subscriber it starts with the Fit With Food Challenge that rolls into building a Rock Solid Foundation inside Phase 1: Foundation of our four phase Fit Foodie Food Freedom program. You can complete the program at your own pace, but we will unlock lessons each week AS YOU COMPLETE your End of Week check in forms!
If you are a Coaching Subscriber you can complete The Fit with Food Challenge and Attend the Weekly Coaching Calls as they happen or rewatch the recordings!
